Shaun of the Dead was by far the greatest collaboration between Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. It was a hilarious satire of the zombie genre and done to great effect. Pegg as Shaun and Frost as Ed played two London slackers who never quite grew up.

Stage 2: The 'girl in the garden' scene signals the start of the disequilibrium in Shaun's life yet the disequilibrium occurred earlier in the world of the film as the zombie apocalypse begins but Shaun is unaware.
